We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
When to appoint an architect?

Contact an architect during your initial brainstorming phase before any physical work or structural planning begins. If you require advice before a property or land purchase we can also assist.
How much are architects fees?

We use three structures for billing depending on what’s suitable for the client and project:
Percentage: between 8% - 12% of total construction costs, depending on the projects scale and complexity.
Fixed Lump sum: A flat fee agreed upon in advance for the scope of work. Could simply be for concept design stage, planning drawings or building regulation submission.
Time based: Billed at hourly (£60) or daily (£275) rates for time spent drafting or consulting.
No VAT is charged on any of my services as I’m not VAT registered.
Are there any extra costs? Yes, you should budget for surveys, structural engineer fees and local authority planning application fees.
