Conversion of three student flats back to a single occupancy home with a lower ground floor flat let out to fund ongoing retrofit measures. Retrofit: low temperature heating system. Draught proofing using infra red camera, double glazing in original window sashes, thermal renovated existing shutters and secondary glazing where there are no shutters. Automated ventilation using new Velux roof lights over staircase. Single room heat recovery units in bathrooms, kitchen and hallway. Initial goal to achieve band B and Net Zero before 2050.
