Most domestic projects can be achieved within the guidelines of permitted development. I have completed many successful projects this way.
In nearly all these projects we have avoided steel. Used monolithic concrete foundations using 50% less concrete and limited building waste to one skip through thoughtful design, reuse and considerate contractors.
